One 4.5kg turkey. A pot of stuffing. A jug of gravy. Roasted potatoes, onions, sweet potatoes. Grilled tri-colour bell peppers and carrots. Corn. Pigs in a blanket. All home-made (save for the last two dishes). Log cake, mince pie and flaming Christmas pudding drenched in cognac. A few bottles of wine and many bottles of Peroni. Seven friends and a dog. One big happy night.
Oh, and a ton of leftovers.
