No prizes for guessing what I had for both lunch and dins yesterday. Turkey with sweet potatoes and a couple of pigs minus their blankets at noon, and turkey and ham salad with some stuffing in the eve.
Fortunately, in between those two meals, I had some unstuffing. Was tired from the accumulation of the night before and the day, but somehow my legs flowed freely and my heart kept an easy beat, at least till the last couple of Ks when I decided to raise the tempo. Did the first 10 in under 49mins, and the rest at a cooldown pace.
