Easy peasy

I love easy weeks. Monday rest. Tuesday 60km spin. Wednesday 10km easy run. This morn 12km easy run. Tomorrow easy run and swim. Saturday CycleWorx ride. Sunday easy run. Every fourth week of the year I’m really really happy, and I can safely say my legs are too.
