Chook chook ch’boogie

It was the tastiest roast chicken ever and soooo simple to make and cheap ($8 for the chook and $3 for the potatoes) too! Defo will be a regular item on our menu! The secret of the recipe lies in the steamin’ stabbed lemon in the bird’s cavity. Makes the meat so tasty and tender.
