Today was Damian’s birthday, so I brought him for dinner at Flutes at the Fort at Fort Canning and baked him, on request, a cheesecake — a Bailey’s irish cream cheesecake with Valrhona chocolate icing and Haribo hearts. That was my idea. I wanted to make a cheesecake true to his pedigree… Irish and Haribo addict! Anyway, too tired to describe the night. Best to just let photos do the talking!
