Sunday runday funday

Damo did the Tribob Singapore Sprint Series duathlon this morning, his first ever duathlon event. I think he did great! 54ish minutes for the 3km run, 15km cycle, 3km run race. Good job baby! Busy birthday

The past 36 hours have gone by feeling like 72, but I’m not complaining! I enjoyed every hour, minute and second of it… and anyway turning 27 makes no difference to someone who looks like a Junior College student. Yeah, that’s me, I still get asked what school I go to.

Woohoo! I got back about an hour ago from a 4h run. Started at about 4.40am and had two drinks stops (one at Mountbatten petrol station and another at The Cathay’s 7-Eleven).
