As soon as I got back from this morning’s CycleWorx ride I headed straight to the bathroom to rinse down, before filling the tub with water for a cold soak. I didn’t have ice, so my solution was to dump a bottle of Absolut vodka and an ice pack we have been storing in the freezer into the tub. Looks like it’s pretty hot out there today… the bottle of vodka and ice pack didn’t hold up for long.
Anyhow I did manage to get a relaxing soak in, much needed after today’s fast fast fast 120km ride.
I’ll consider putting in the other two bottles of vodka in the freezer into the tub next time for a colder soak. :-) Why we have three bottles of vodka in the freezer, I do not know. Probably because we’re not vodka drinkers!
