7am-8.10am: Run.
8.30am: Breakfast.
9.30am-10.30am: Ride to interview.
10.30am-1.45pm: Waste time. Interviewee no show.
1.45pm-2.45pm: Ride home.
2.45pm-3pm: Shower while Damo prepares lunch.
3pm-3.30pm: Lunch. Irish breakfast and salad.
4.30pm: Drive to Yio Chu Kang Stadium for rugby match.
5pm-7pm: Asian Five Nations rugby match. Singapore lose 15-45 to champions Japan. Interview Singapore coach.
7.30pm-10pm: Work in office.
10.30pm: Sleep. Forgot to have dinner.
