   hey some one,

   actually, i didn’t warm up at all! :-)

   i did do a 15min run on the morning of the race though, just to get the blood flowing.

   Wah! Cool yeah! Gong xi for winning again and in such a great timing!

   It was such humid weather, suffered in my full marathon. Finished, but lousy timing. :)

   hey diane,

   thanks! yeah it was pretty humid. i doused myself in countless bottles of water, especially during the second round, to prevent myself from overheating. amazing even at dusk singapore is still hot.

   good job on your marathon — lousy timing can always be improved next time.
