0610h — Woke up for no reason, 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. Had a glass of water (I was still full from Harriet’s birthday dinner last night at Garibaldi’s) and changed into running clothing.
0630h — Did a 75min steady paced run. Felt great!
0750h — Quick dip in pool to cool the legs down.
0800h — A glass of juice for breakfast (still full of yesterday’s dinner) and did the rest of our holiday laundry.

1100h — Picked Damo up from home and headed to PS Cafe at Palais for Harriet’s birthday brunch. Had the PS Breakfast Stack, picked for being meatless and healthy. Harriet’s chocolate cake killed any diet I thought of having though…
1430h — Brunch done. Investigated what the fuss about Ion was all about. Suspicions confirmed — it’s just another stupid Orchard Road mall, though probably the ugliest. A short stroll through Borders and then off for home.
1600h — Nap!
1700h — An extra 30mins of snooze time added on…
1830h — Off to pick up pizza and meet parents for dinner.
