Crazy day! Only packed this morn cos was busy all week. Everything was pretty last minute. Wetsuit was picked up from athlete’s circle yesterday. Today I prepped my race shoes, bought travel and race supplies, got race tyres delivered to my doorstep at the final hour thanks to Dan loy of passione bicycles, washed and packed bike, swam 1.6k including 10×100m hard, ran 32min including 15min hard, went to church, had dinner with my folks, ice cream for dessert… and now, close to 2am, waiting to board the plane.

I’m so gonna sleep like a baby.
