Another week bites the dust

A much welcomed easy training week and a bonus day of rest today before the next three-week training block begins.

M — Run, about 8K. (4K easy, 3×1K hard, 3×50sec hill, 500m cool down.) Bike to work.
T — Swim 2.6K. (1,000m easy, 5×150H50E, 100E, 8×50H, 100CD) Bike to work, left bike at work.
W — Run 65min to work. Bike home.
TH — Swim 2.6K. (400WU, 15×100H, 400E, 4×25H25E, 100CD). Ran 45min fast, work to home.
F — Bike to work. Rest day.
S — 130K ride. Tough!
Su — Bonus rest day… first in a while!!

Total for this week: 5.2K swimming, 175K biking, 30K running.
(Total for last week was 2.6K swimming, 200K biking, 64K running)
