Run Round Singapore

What have you done so far today? Well, my friends Adrian and Kok Chiow have covered over 100km of running and counting. Along with seven other runners, they set off from Nanyang Technological University at 8.30am this morning for a 218km loop around Singapore.

There ain’t anything more pressurising than to have the world’s best triathlete, Chris McCormack, and another kick-ass triathlete, Dan Plews, as your teammates.
