Been a bit crazy around here lately, so very sorry for the radio silence. It’s been a pretty easy week on the training front though (hence why it’s called an easy week):
Monday — Rest day. Biked to work.
Tuesday — Run 8k easy.
Wednesday — Hill intervals, about 11k total (including 4x Mt Sinai loop).
Thursday — Run 12k easy. Biked to work.
Friday — Swim with SportInc, 3.6k total (600WU, 4×100 drill, 8×50, 5×200 @4.00, 5×200 @3.50, 200CD). Biked to work.
CycleWorx tomorrow and an easy longish run on Sunday.
Ok, time to get back to work. But I shall leave you with something pretty damn cool from the New York Times.
