Pain

What is it about pain, that makes you hurt so bad during a workout, but makes you feel so good after? I don’t know but obviously I keep going back for more.

6×1k (descending times) at the track this morn – first week in prolly a few years I’ve done two track seshs in three days! 10.6k total and all done by 7am.
Wasn’t the fastest times but overall it was a great workout, physically and mentally.
