Tuesday swim with SportInc

I wore my CycleWorx jersey for the first time in like, three weeks, on Saturday. The arm region definitely felt more snug! Oh no, I really don’t want to have a swimmer’s body.

Warm up

400m easy
300m paddles (25m fast, 25m easy)
200m (25m drill, 25m easy)
100m (2×50m build to fast)

Main set (repeated twice)

3×200m on 10sec rest (HR 40 beats below max)
4×50m single-arm drill
4×100m on 10sec rest (HR 40 BBM)
4×100m (50m free, 50m back)

Cool down

8×50m kick (25m fast, 25m easy)
100m easy

Total = 4.7k
