Tuesday swim with SportInc

Was tired but glad I swam and finished it off. Wasn’t too hard, except for the 4×100m on 1.40 which totally skyrocketed my heart rate.

Warm up

800m (50m swim, 25m drill, 25m swim, 50m swim, 25m scull, 25m swim, repeat)
8×50m (25m drill, 25m swim) on 10sec rest

Main set

6×100m  on 2.00, 4×100m on 1.40
repeat set twice
8×50m on 1.10

Cool down

400m easy

Total = 4k
