Tuesday swim with SportInc

Set was cut short by coach Gary today cos everyone seemed bit tired. I know I was!.. Though I really wanted to finish the set.

Warm up

4×100m on 10sec rest
4×100m (25m drill, 25m swim) on 10sec rest
4×50m (15m fast, 20m easy, 15m fast)

Main set

400m (40BBM)
5×100m on 1.45
8×50m
400m (40BBM)
5×100m on 1.45

Cool down

400m easy
