5.15am wake up
6am swim with SportInc
8am work from cafe till
10am media launch of beauty product
12nn networking lunch
3pm work from a couch till
4pm media launch of another beauty product
6pm interview for a feature
8.30pm attend zumba class by visiting instructor (for a feature)
9.30pm meet trina and gang to discuss her wedding programme this Sunday
11.30pm home
12mn sleep
