Back in 1998/99, this was on repeat on my hi-fi till the CD got all scratched up. Popped it back on the player tonight and a rush of memories overcame me. I miss those times. It’s pretty scary how time flies.

Tuesday swim with SportInc

Ger mixed it up a bit today, which was refreshing. Though I was shocked when after barely warming up he charged straight into the main set. Oh well, it’s all good. Felt good today! Last 100m repeat was 1.31, which is pretty fast for my slow-twitch muscles…

Not too hard today. Pretty much hit all the times or went faster. Loads of rest in between reps! Glad I didn’t sleep in.
