Enjoying a nice recovery week after the marathon. Still keeping active but driven by the philosophy of stopping when I’m not having fun anymore.

He’s baaack

Trials cyclist Danny MacAskill, who shot to fame with his YouTube video in April 2009, is back and better than before. With a much slicker, high-quality location, breathtaking countryside views, and the obligatory Red Bull helmet and can-sipping cutaway. Brilliant.

Cyclone ITT

Damo was in town last weekend for the Cyclone ITT. He did fab! Second in Men’s Senior A. Proud of him. Also pleased with myself that I managed an 8km jog while he was warming up for his race.
