Tuesday swim with SportInc

I wore my CycleWorx jersey for the first time in like, three weeks, on Saturday. The arm region definitely felt more snug! Oh no, I really don’t want to have a swimmer’s body.

Friday swim with SportInc

Saved the legs today and drove to the pool instead. What a difference 20km less of cycling makes!! Plus not too hard set today and not as much mileage too (compared to swimmin 5k)… ah, relativity, what would we do without it?!

First day going to swim from Pasir Ris, a 20k ride. Was all hot and sweaty by the time I got there (and 10 minutes late), and the tired legs after yesterday’s track sesh certainly wasn’t helped by intervals with fins!
